Account Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your CareerMate AI account and associated personal data at any time.

This page explains how to submit a deletion request, what data will be removed, and how long retention may apply after your request is verified.

To delete your CareerMate AI account and associated data, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to careermateai.support@gmail.com.
2. Include the email address registered with your CareerMate AI account.
3. Clearly state that you are requesting account deletion.
4. Our support team will verify your identity and process the request.

When your deletion request is processed, the following data associated with your account will be deleted:

• Account information
• Email address
• Resume information
• Cover letters
• Career profile details
• Uploaded documents
• Scanned files and images
• AI-generated resume and career content
• Saved user preferences

After we receive and verify your request, your account and associated personal data will be deleted within 30 days.

Some limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, accounting, or compliance purposes.
